How am I able to help a nine year old student to gain acceptance with clmates?

As a fourth grade homeroom teacher I have dealt with similar cases. However, no cirstances have been quite like this: Jane was socially exiled in second grade. Since then, no teacher has been able to guide her back into the social sphere amongst here long time peers. I am providing her with many opportunities to display prowess, as well as pair her up with new students instead of the old bullies. In addition, informal workshops on the subject of acceptance and bullying have been carried out in our clroom. The first week into cles now, and we seem to be on a good trajectory with this matter. I just want to keep the momentum up so we can continue to make progress with this situation. I look forward to your suggestions. Thanks for your time!
