How do I get rid of pimples in the pubic area?

Okay, I've always been okay with hygiene in the private area. But I went to sea world and I wore a bathing suit with a skirt(cuz I dont like the rubb ras thing on thighs with shorts) well the next day I noticed pimples on my inner thigh where it rubbed 2gether from walkin, and, the night when I had come back from Sea World I shaved my pubic hair, well on the next day it was all itchy and then I noticed a bunch of pimples. They were spread out, not bunched 2gether. And when I popped them it was like a normal zit. No blood or anything, well unless I kept on squeezing. But it was just normal puss. It's really embarring to have pimples there, and I would like to know how to get rid of them and keep them away. Can anyone help? PLZ!
