How do you ess North Korea's military capabilities?

i think they are a little more well train than the iraqis or same maybe. they air force is just bs, although they have a few mig-29s ( by f-22s), bunch of SAMs surrounding their capital ( by b-2, tomahawk, f-22) (but most are from the 60s) i think the iraqis during the first gulf war have a lot more armor vehicles and tanks than the NK. but look at wat the NATO did( by abrams and challenger) wat im worry about is how many troops they have(active-1 million) (reserve- 8MILLION!) and how they brainwash their civilians- even if we can invade them i really dont know if we can win all the hearts of the civilans- look at iraq. and china might help NK??idk. chinese dont wat US armed forces to be too close to their borders
