Reclocking my AMD...?

If it is reading 1.1GHz because you have lowered it, and factory specs ran at 1.8GHz it is completely safe. But if you aren't the one that set it to run at 1.1GHz, you might want to check into why its not at 1.8GHz anymore before you reclock it.
