How come some people don't know what gossip is or isn't?

I completely agree with you! I have a family member who thinks that anything you could possibly say about anyone is considered gossip because that person is not there to hear it. I have tried to explain what you just mentioned to her but she doesn't want to hear it! Also, she uses the excuse of "please pray for so and so" and then continue to blab about THEIR whole personal story but she thinks that is ok because she is asking people to pray for them??? Weird...
