1 year old boy and swine flu injection?

hi i have booked an appointment for my 1 year old son to have the swine flu injection but now i am unsure about it i don't no the cons to him having it and not having it i do no that under 5s are more at risk of getting swine flu please could i have your opinion and why your opinion is what it is
