Can you please give me your opinions on this poem i wrote please?

My first reaction is, I'm sorry you're in so much pain. Other than that I think it's good but a little stiff. By the way, "vial" is a little gl jar... "vile" is nasty and disgusting. And perhaps the men should be unwary rather than wary?
