Heartache help?

I am sorry to hear about your heartbreak. Sometimes we want answers and the answer is not there. The best thing for you to do is to focus on yourself. It is okay to cry, as it is a form of cleansing. Try to do thing you enjoy. Spend some time with some of your friends, go shopping, take a nice bath, read a book by your favorite author, and pray (if you are spiritual). If you boyfriend comes to mind, appreciate the good times, but understand that you time was limited with him. IF it is meant to be it will come back to you. Good luck!
