How do i get rid of pimples fast?

I go to high scool and i got at least 11 little pimples on my forhead and 4 bigger sized pimples on my forhead. Ppl keep saying ewww u got pimples. I dont have that much money so i cant buy acnie or andthing like that. how can i get rid of them fast
