My graphics card?

I have a crappy intel(r)82845g/gl/ge/pe/gv Im pretty sure this is bad, so i wanna buy a new one. Are there any half way decent cards out there for under 100 bucks? One I was looking at was the ATI RADEON X1300 Pro 256MB AGP Video Card. Is that good? I know i wont be able to play Crysis, but...
