What can i do to fix this problem with my best friend?

Well my friend hannah and i have been close friends since the day we met which we were 7, we spended every single day together when we had soccer games and now we barley talk to eachother and if we do its about soccer we have the same homeroom in high school and we've only talked 3 times and people say that i should end it but i just cant i cant walk up to and say i don't wanna be friends with you anymore cause if i do i'll get more upset then i am now she says she wont lose me but im starting to not believe her. To be honest i love this girl to death(were like sisters no ) .To me it seems like she would rather hang out with her other friends then me.And this morning i was next to her waiting for someone and she just walks up gives her friend a hug and didn't even look at me which we always did this.What can i do i really need help? I cant lose anymore friends i care so much about
