Modern Day Julius Caesar. Hos, drugs, gangs, violence...? Help?!?

We are studying The Tragedy of Julius Caesar for English and for a project I want to do a modern day Julius Caesar. I want it to be about a guy (who represents Caesar) who lives in the hood with a buncha gangster thugs with hos and drugs and violence and all and then he decides to become good and clean up the neighborhood and get the hos real jobs and to get rid of drugs. Then all his thugs are like oh yeah thats a great idea, but secretly behind his back they're all like "NO we can get rid of the drugs and hos. How we will get our money? We dont wanna have to work REAL jobs. This has gone way too far. We MUST get rid of him before he takes over our whole neighborhood." So then they murder him, but I need more detail. It has to be 3 pages. Typed. size 12 font in Times New Roman. So can someone help me fill it in with any details? Anything you think would be interesting? Its due Monday and I realllllly wanna get my grade up. =D
